Return & Exchange Policy
At T-Shirt Pro Max, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
We accept returns on T-shirts that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must still have their original tags attached, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@tshirtpromax.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
If you need a different size or prefer another style, we also offer easy exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and our team will help you through the process once you contact us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items, any products returned after the 14-day window, or items marked as final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part. However, in the case of approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.
